Like other Calgary community associations, the Oakridge Community Association is membership-based, and requests voluntary annual membership fees.
Membership fees are a valuable source of revenue for the Oakridge Community Association. In turn, they provide access to a variety of programs and benefits. Membership fees go into the Association’s general coffers. These monies may help pay a monthly utility bill, purchase a new net for the tennis courts, or help maintain the overall upkeep of the complex.
A membership is required for access to the facility and activities. In addition, membership support allows the Association to continue with its work in carrying out its mission—to provide a recreational and social setting for community activities and to provide civic representation and support for community issues.
Memberships can be purchased during business hours over the phone or by coming into the office—and now online. Credit card, cash and cheques are accepted. Memberships are annual and are valid from May 1st to April 30th. Skate and racquet tags are issued with membership purchase. They must be worn for access to all racquet courts and rink areas.
